马云精神:成功者的脊柱

欣赏马云，不仅喜欢他的狂，更喜欢他狂的背后的实力，实力背后的苦难。我们只看见达沃斯论坛上指点江山的他，却没看见去义乌贩卖小商品的他。我们只看见西湖论剑独孤求败的他，却没看见北上南下悲情的他。我们只看见财大气粗的阿里巴巴，却没看见为别人要债，亡命天涯的他。我们做不了马云，世界上只有这么一个，用马云的话说，你们复制不了我的成功，因为你们复制不了我的苦难。

一个人成功与失败，关键的地方在于心态，也可以说精神。精神是一个人成功的脊柱。马云的精神在于他的人格魅力和能力的体现。当马云说要重新回到杭州开辟一个18人都不同意的阿里巴巴，18个人竟然都放弃了好的薪金待遇，毅然随马云南下，重新开始新的拼搏。这是马云的魅力所在。一个拥有人格魅力的人可以感染并带动自己的属下。最关键的是可以让自己有一支永不言败，永不放弃的团队。成功的企业家是需要团队来辅佐的，每个人的能力毕竟有限，优秀的团队是成功的保证。而取得团队的信任就要靠自己平时的积累和自己人格的魅力所在了。

当阿里巴巴在遭遇互联网寒冬的时候，阿里巴巴几乎离开我们的视线。而马云说出：宁可跪着，也要活下去的宣言时，有些人说怎么这么没骨气，跪着活还有什么颜面。这样想的企业一个一个丧失在互联网前进的路上，而阿里巴巴却活下来了。这不能不说与马云的永不放弃，不低头，不服输的精神有关。马云说：“寂寞无助的时候，我们要学会左手温暖右手，马云说男人的胸怀是委屈撑大的。”说出这样的话，自然是有深刻的记忆和经验吧。马云的精神：不怕苦，不服输。

当阿里巴巴正在事业的顶峰时，当马云在更很多的光环环绕时，当所有人都站在阿里巴巴的门前仰望并羡慕阿里巴巴的成就时，当阿里巴巴成就了中国中小企业的商业贸易时，马云却说：“阿里巴巴的冬天来了！”马云就是这样的人，他不按常规出牌，好的时候想到可能失败，失败的时候又能想着怎样成功。创业者需要的就是这种居安思危和永不服输的精神。或许马云是为了给自己的员工敲响警钟，或许互联网的第二季寒冬即将来临，但我相信，不管如何，当马云说出冬天的使命时，阿里巴巴已经做好了过冬的准备，不管冬天是否来临，有多么寒冷，有多少长，只要有充足的准备，春天总会到来的。马云的精神：危机前的担忧，绝不是多余的。

这就是马云！懂得拼搏，懂得坚持，懂得团队的重要性。所以马云成功了。而马云的成功绝不是偶然，如果能把自己的名字发展成一种精神和一个时代人的楷模，还有什么事是完成不了的呢？
